Jason Lee in a New TV Series

December 1st, 2010

Jason Lee just got the green light from Adult Swim for a new comedy show called Shredd: The Jon Johnsonsen Story. It’s about a 17 year-old skateboarder from 1985 who was on the top of the world when a perilous move landed him in a coma for 25 years. When he wakes up, he is trapped inside a 1980’s mindset of a teenage kid trying to cope with the life changes. Sounds like a pretty good comedy. The show should be rolling out sometime in 2011.

It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year…

November 22nd, 2010

Yeah right…

Seattle was recently hit with a big snow blizzard. Watch the full video, the ending is worth it…

And then this poor guy paid his dues after attempting the hill in my neighbor. Whenever it snows in Seattle some people are just idiots, or it may be that they are so confident in their driving skills that they think they can concur huge icy hills. He completely spun 180 degrees and ended up on top of the curb. He then tried to get back up the hill… Failed.

The Hundreds and Primitive Team Up

November 17th, 2010

I’ve always been one for a great pair of denim, and with that said I’m stoked that a couple of my favorite companies have combined their forces to create a collab project.

The Hundreds and Primitive are releasing, what they call, “The Hundreds x Primitive Stretch Denim vol.1.”

This Saturday (November 20th) is the official release of the denim project, and The Hundreds and Primitive have set up a signing with professional skateboarders Paul Rodriquez, Torey Pudwill, The Hundreds team rider Carlos Zarazua, and model Justene Jaro.

More information on their denim project can be found on The Hundreds Blog.

Paul Rodriguez’s Full Length Hits iTunes

November 16th, 2010

I just recently got my hands on Plan B’s release of Paul Rodriguez’s skate video, Paul Rodriguez, Me, Myself and I. The video released November 15th exclusively on iTunes for $2.99. It contains a 6 minute skate video featuring footage from over the past few years, along with over 5 minutes of new P-Rod footage. It also includes a training course from the man himself, P-Rod, going over the fundamentals of grinding a ledge in Paul Rodriguez Ledge Fundamentals. It’s highly worth checking out, and definitely worth the purchase.

FuelTV was kind enough to post Jamie Thomas’ first full-length episode Firsthand online. So great old school footy, including “The Leap of Faith” footage.
